Achieving balance is important. We offer a rewarding working environment, providing interesting and challenging work opportunities; the atmosphere in all offices is highly professional but also open and relaxed. We provide 23 days’ annual leave, rising after 2 and 4 years to 24 and 25 days respectively, with the option to buy an extra five days each year. People can work flexibly; we have a range of policies including maternity/paternity and dependents leave and options to take time off via sabbaticals or career breaks to pursue personal goals and ambitions. We also offer childcare voucher and cycle to work schemes.
Pension and investments
All employees are eligible for the non-contributory pension scheme, and can contribute if they wish to; pensions can be accessed earlier than the normal retirement age under special arrangements if required.
Training and personal development
